I came to this gym after trying several gyms in SCV but this one has been the best by far. The staff is so helpful and kind. The gym is great and I love not having to wait to use machines. The women’s gym is such a luxury and I love being a member here!

I’ve been a member here for a while and have always appreciated this gym, which is why this experience was disappointing. I accidentally left something in the bathroom and asked my sister (who is not a member) to quickly run in and grab it for me. She explained the situation to the front desk staff and mentioned she was only there to help me retrieve the item. Unfortunately, she was made to feel very uncomfortable by the interaction. She felt as though she was being treated suspiciously, and after speaking with staff, she was escorted out while being watched until she drove away. I completely understand that policies need to be followed, and I could have communicated the situation more clearly beforehand. However, I would hope that situations like this could be handled with a little more warmth and understanding. A welcoming and respectful approach goes a long way, especially for someone who was simply trying to help.

We love this gym! Friendly atmosphere and staff. Breanna, the owner is so sweet and helpful! It’s always clean and the place is absolutely huge. There are so many rooms you can choose to work out in that you never have to wait for a machine. If you’re looking for a gym where it’s not crowded and you can do your thing, this is your place! Get a tour and you’ll see.

Turning 50 this year and have never joined a gym but one day Addison found me and invited me on a 30 day pass that was on November of last year and as of today have lost 25 pounds and feel better about my self all around. Monday camp, Tuesday chest, Wednesday boxing, Thursday back and Friday another camp plus racquet ball after all classes . Everyone is so helpful and ready to help you train. Ask for Addison,Masson or Bri. From the bottom of my heart thank you.

If you're thinking of signing up for this gym you should! I love it! The vibes are great here so many classes included everything you need is set up in a easy and convenient way there's a heated pool and it's super clean.
